The Wallooskee River is a tributary of Youngs River. It is 10 km long and is located in northwestern Oregon. It rises in Clatsop County and empties into the Youngs River just before it flows into the Youngs Bay of the Columbia River estuary. The only tributary of the Wallooskee River is the Little River Wallooskee.
