Wang Guosheng (politician)

Wang Guosheng (Chinese王国生; * 1956 in Dong'e, Shandong Province) is a politician in the People's Republic of China.

Wang joined the Chinese Communist Party in 1975. He has held various positions in politics and administration of his home province as well as from the year 2000 in the province of Jiangsu. He was most recently 2008-2010 Deputy Party Secretary.

Since December 2010, Wang, First -executive, replacing Li Hongzhong, who became the party secretary of the province, Governor of Hubei Province. At the same time he is also since 2010, deputy party secretary of the Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China.

Since 2007 he is a candidate of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.
