The Wappach (also Wappbach ) is a small stream which rises in the mountains and close to bar the fairground near Bad Reichenhall opens into the Saalachstrasse.
Along the stream of entry starts at Bavarian Gmain to the hiking center with many trekking routes in the entire Lattengebirge.
Course
The Wappach rises in Lattengebirge in the so-called Alpgarten flows until after Bavarian Gmain and eventually runs alongside the railway line Freilassing Berchtesgaden - up to the festival site in Bad Reichenhall. The last piece performs under the B 21, where it flows into the Saalachstrasse shortly before the barrages in Kirchberg.
