WASP-10

WASP -10 is a star of spectral type K5 in the constellation Pegasus. He radiates predominantly in the infrared region and is surrounded by an exoplanet. For the distance and luminosity class, there has been no useful readings.

Exoplanet

WASP -10 b is an exoplanet with a mass of about 3 Jupiter masses and an 8 % larger radius than Jupiter and orbits the central star with a period of 3.09 days. The semi-major axis of about 0.037 AU, the eccentricity of about 0.06. WASP -10 b was discovered as part of the SuperWASP project using the transit method. His discovery was published in 2008.
