The airport of Vientiane ( Wattay International Airport, IATA code: VTE, ICAO code: VLVT ) is the international airport of Vientiane, capital of Laos.
General
Wattay International Airport consists of a paved runway (3,000 x 45 m ) and a domestic terminal and a (newer) international terminal. In addition to the airport from Vientiane, three other international airports are in the country:
- The Pakse Airport in the south,
- The Savannakhet Airport and
- The Luang Prabang airport.
