The watt head is a 338 m above sea level. NHN high mountain east of Ettlingen in the district of Karlsruhe in Baden- Württemberg and a forest -covered foothills of the northern Black Forest.

Halfway up on the west slope of the mountain is the local Bismarck tower.

Wattkopf tunnel

The eastern bypass of Ettlingen uses the Wattkopf tunnel, a 1994 went into operation in single-tube road tunnel of 1950 meters in length, which performs under the mountain.

Transmitter
