Wazena

Wazena was a Christian King of the Aksumite Empire in Africa, who reigned at the beginning of the sixth century. He is known almost exclusively by his coins, which on the front of his head in side, rarely also in front view showing. On the reverse of the coins is usually a cross and the legends are usually in Ge'ez, since Greek lost more and more important in this period.
