WCTU Railway

The WCTU Railway ( AAR reporting mark: WCTR ) is an American shunting railway company in Oregon. The company, based in White City is since 2000 owned by the Rail Serve Inc.

The company operates a 21 km long former Southern Pacific route from White City to Tolo. There is a transition to Central Oregon and Pacific Railroad.

The company was founded in 1954 as the White City Terminal and Utility Corporation. Following the acquisition of the Company by the Union Tank Car Corporation, the current name was adopted.

The two locomotives EMD SW 1200 and five employees carry around 4,000 freight cars per year.
