We are loyal to you is a 2005 documentary short film realized by the Swiss actor and director Michael Koch. It was premiered in October 2005. The original language is German Basel, a dialect of Swiss German; it will be shown in ( high) German language subtitles.

The documentary short film deals with the culture of the stadium fans of the football club FC Basel during a league match in 2005 at St. Jakob- Park and the role of the capos of Chefanstimmers in the fan curve.

The film was highly praised by the critics and was awarded the 28th International Short Film Festival in Clermont- Ferrand with the Prix Canal and shown successfully at eight other festivals. Various television stations such as Arte, Canal and SF wanted to buy the broadcast rights, the ARD planned the film during the 2006 Football World Cup to show.

The short film is very controversial among the fans of FC Basel, and is also controversial. The Capo as the main character, so far refused to approve the further performance of the film.
