Reception

" It's been more than scary as it seems completely anathema effortlessly manages to put up with any additional publication again one better. Weather Systems is the culmination of the journey and you ask yourself seriously, how long can this keep Anathema incredibly high level yet. ", The band has managed to set to music absolute beauty perfect."

" In the 5.1 mix, applies in the truest sense of the word, in the midst of all the actions. It has worked with a perfect restraint and thus not verschlimmbessert the Gesamtkunstwerk with synthetic highlighted effects as in so many other 5.1 mixes. The placement of individual instruments and to this end I also include the voices of Lee Douglas, Vincent Cavanagh and Petter Carlsen seem well thought out at any time and tailored to the particular piece. The strings, piano and gentle guitar parts give to be a sheathed feel snug and warm once more front and back times more heavy, but without thereby degrade to a 5.1 demo CD. "

" Any kind of negative criticism would be here either criticize at the highest level or nitpicking. With its catchy sound, its gorgeous melodies and a good portion of pressure Weather Systems is certainly a place in rock history. Even if a comparison is not necessarily desired, could be described as an Anathema Pink Floyd of the 21st century. "
