WHATS'On (Software)

Whats'On (also WHATS'On ) is a professional, intended for broadcasters planning package from the Belgian company MediaGeniX.

The software package was originally developed as a planning system for linear television for the Vlaamse Maatschappij Televisie 1992. In 1999, the system was expanded to include the possibility to carry out the planning for radio stations. In the latest version (20 ), it is also possible, video-on -demand to manage streaming video, podcasting and thematic channels.

The planning system is of public broadcasters used, including West German Broadcasting, Vlaamse Radio -en Televisieomroep, Radio - Télévision Belge de la Communauté française Nederlandse Publieke Omroep, NRK, also of commercial channels, such as TV 2 (Denmark), TVN and a series transmitters of the SBS Broadcasting Group, VT4, among other things, vijf tv, Prima TV (Romania) and channel 4 ( Denmark).
