The Brillensichler ( Plegadis chihi ) is an indigenous to America in Ibis.
Exterior Features
The Brillensichler is very similar to the Brown Glossy Ibis. The predominantly dark bird with the typical Ibis shape has a brown, purple shiny plumage. Wings and tail metallic shine. From Brown Glossy Ibis, it differs by a white area around the beak.
Dissemination
The Brillensichler breeds in the western United States, in Mexico, in southeastern Brazil and Bolivia as well as in the center of Argentina and Chile.
