Wiedingharde Frisian

The Wiedingharder Frisian is a dialect of North Frisian, which is south of the Vidå ( dt: Wiedau ) is spoken in the Wiedingharde in North Frisia. The Wiedingharder Frisian belongs to the mainland dialects of the North Frisian language.

The Wiedingharder Frisian Frisian dialect is the most northerly on the mainland. Here the influence of the Danish is most apparent. In the Wiedingharde also Sønderjysk ( Platt Danish), and Reich Danish, Low German and High German is spoken, so that partially passed five or speaking communities still exist.
