Wii Play

Wii Play (はじめて のWii Hajimete no Wii Your First Step to Wii ) is a mini-game collection for Nintendo's home console Wii. In Europe, Australia and Japan Wii Play was released on the same day as the console. In the U.S., it was released in February 2007. It is sold with a Wii remote together and is intended to learn the handling of the remote control. Wii Play supports the Mii feature, which you can play with their own Mii avatars.

According to the NPD Group, Wii Play is the period 1995 to 2009, the most sold in the U.S. Video Game (PC Games excluded).

Content

Wii Play consists of nine mini-games that you can play alone or in pairs. At the beginning of the game is just a game available. After playing this, is another unlocked (regardless of success ) until all nine are unlocked (a game here called stage, the first game, for example, the first stage). In single player mode you can get an award for each mini-game. There are Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum Award. This is stored under the respective Mii. If you win one of these awards, you get a message on the Wii Menu. In the message, a ranking is provided. Name

The name of the game is a play on words, according to Nintendo, Wii Play because it sounds like English We Play, which means we translated play.
