Wilfred Kirochi

Wilfred Oanda Kirochi (born 12 December 1969) is a former Kenyan middle distance and cross-country runners.

At the Track World Junior Championships he won in 1986 in Athens and 1988 in Sudbury the title in the 1500 -meter run. He also won the junior race at the World Cross Country Championships 1987 in Warsaw and in 1988 in Auckland.

Soon Kirochi established in the adult area. In 1987 he was at the Pan-African Games in Nairobi Second above 1,500 meters. In 1989 he occupied at the World Cross Country Championships in Stavanger third place in the long distance races. At the 1990 Commonwealth Games in Auckland he won the silver medal in the 1500 meter race.
