Will Randall

Will Randall (born 1966 in Hanover) is an English writer.

Life

Will Randall comes from a family of actors and is related to Ralph and Joseph Fiennes. He was born near Hanover, however, the family moved a short time later returned to England. After his studies he worked as a school teacher in Marseille, Somerset, Devon, London, Pune and Kasane, Botswana.

His books are humorous travel reports with development aid aspect. His first book, Solomon Time - Adventure in the South Pacific, which was nominated for the WH Smith Travel Book of the Year Award 2003, treats his time in the Solomon Islands, where he helped build a chicken farm. His second book, Indian Summer - A Good Man in Asia tells of his time as an actor and theater director school in Pune, India. His third book, Botswana Time, gives an insight into his time as a primary school football coach in Kasane, Botswana. His fourth book, Another Long Day on the Piste - A Season in the French Alps, is about his holiday period in the French Alps. Comparable in humor, though serious in concern are the books Randalls with travel books by Tony Hawks.
