William C. Rose Award

The William C. Rose Award from the American Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology ( ASBMB ) is awarded for outstanding achievements in biochemistry and molecular biology. In addition, the winners should be dedicated to the training of young scientists. It is named after William Cumming Rose nutritionists (1887-1985), a professor at the University of Illinois and discoverer of threonine.
