William II, Margrave of Meissen

William II of Empires (* April 23, 1371, † March 30, 1425 ) was the second son of Margrave Friedrich of austerities and of Catherine of Henneberg.

At the Chemnitz division of 1382 he received jointly with his brothers Frederick and George ( † 1401 ), the Easter Country and Landsberg, after the death of Margrave William I of the one-eyed man in 1407 is also a part of Meissen.
