William Nigh
William Nigh, Nigh also Will and William Nye ( born October 12, 1881 in Berlin, Green Lake County, Wisconsin, † November 27, 1955 in Burbank, California ) was an American film director and actor.
Life
The spelling of the name was William nighs in his first movies Will Nigh and William Nye. 1913 could Nigh as an actor in the film A warm welcome successful debut. This was followed up to 1948 more than 100 movies, in which he as an actor and director - collaborated - but sometimes also as a screenwriter, producer or editor.
William Nigh died six weeks after his 74th birthday in Burbank ( LA) and found his final resting place.
