Willy Telavi

Willy Telavi ( born January 28, 1954 Nanumea ) is a tuvalesischer politicians.

Life

Telavi studied law at the University of the South Pacific and at the Charles Darwin University. From August 2006 to August 2011 he was a minister in Tuvalu. On 24 December 2010, he was the successor of Maatia Toafa Prime Minister of his country. On August 1, 2013, was dismissed by the Governor General, on the following day his government was toppled by a vote of no confidence by the Parliament.
