Wind Telecomunicazioni SpA is an Italian telecommunications company based in Rome. WIND offers fixed, mobile, Internet and cable TV services through IPTV.

Market position

History

In December 1997, the Wind Telecomunicazioni by the Italian utility ENEL (51 percent ) and 49 percent of France Telecom and German Telekom is founded. Network infrastructure

Wind operates an approximately 21,645 km long fiber backbone network and about 4.825km long optical fiber network ( MAN).
