Wings of Tatev

The ropeway to Tatev (also Wings of Tatev - Tatev wings of called ) facilitates access to the Tatev Monastery in southeastern Armenia.

Description

The cable car connects the south of Goris in Syunik Region on 1546 m above sea level, the village Halidsor two hilltops and 2,7 km wide and 500 m deep gorge Worotan away and the nearby 1537 m above sea level Monastery Tatev village. At its lowest point, the cable car floats still 321 feet above the gorge. Technical
