Winslow is in the northwest of the Stephenson County in Winslow Township. The town is located at 42 ° 29'33 " north latitude and 89 ° 47'32 " west longitude and covers 1 sq. km. Winslow is located on the Pecatonica River, a tributary of the Rock River.
