Wissous
Wissous [ visual ] is a commune with 6093 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2011) in the department of Essonne ( in the Ile- de -France region).
The community Wissous is 14 kilometers south of Paris, bordering the Hauts -de- Seine ( in the west) and Val -de- Marne ( in the north). Residents Wissoussiens call themselves. The neighboring municipalities are Fresnes in the north, Rungis in the northeast, Paray -Vieille -Poste in the east, Morangis the south and southeast, Chilly- Mazarin in the southwest, Massy in the West and Antony in the northwest. A part of the airport Paris -Orly is located in the municipality.
