Wizex
Wizex is a Swedish Dansband, which was founded 1973 in Osby Kikki Danielsson with as a singer. The breakthrough came in 1977, when the band in the TV station SVT occurred during the broadcast Nygammalt. 1977 managed Wizex with the song En vagabond in the hit parade Svensktoppen. 1978 Wizex played in the Melodifestivalen, the Swedish preselection for the Euro Vision Song Contest, and used it a second place. After these two successes, the band had many placements in the Swedish charts.
1982 has been replaced as a singer Kikki Danielsson of Lena Pålsson. In 1997 Charlotte Nilsson, 1999 after her unexpected exit then Paula Pennsäter as a singer to Wizex. After problems with the vocal cords Jessica Sjöholm took their place in March 2002. More influential former band members were Dan Saffer Stråhed and Henri.

The greatest successes had Wizex natt with Miss Decibel, Mjölnarens Irene, Om himlen och Österlen and Tusen och en. The album Take Me To Your Heaven sold 235 000 times. 1979 Wizex selected when Rockbjörnen, the music prize of the newspaper Aftonbladet, the " Dansband of the Year". This music category was awarded this year for the first and only time.
