Wolf Bauer
Wolf Bauer ( born March 5, 1939 in Steinach, Thuringia Forest ) is a German politician ( CDU).
Education, career and family
After graduating from high school in 1957 in Gotha farmer went into the Federal Republic of Germany and put in the Frankfurt School from supplements. He then earned a degree in pharmacy at the University of Cologne and the Rheinische Friedrich- Wilhelms-Universität Bonn, which he in 1965 with the state exam and 1966 ended with the approval of pharmacist. Then Bauer made his military service and was promoted after several military exercises for senior staff pharmacist reserve. Since 1968, Bauer has been an independent pharmacist in Euskirchen. Bauer is vice chairman of Caritas Euskirchen. He is also president of the German - Uzbek Society and Chairman of the Karl- I - Osse Association Euskirchen. He was honored for his long- standing commitment to international understanding as the first foreigner since 1917 with the honorary citizenship of the Russian city of Astrakhan in 2001.
Wolf Bauer is married and has two children.

Bauer joined the CDU in 1975 and from 1991 to 1999, Chairman of the CDU district Euskirchen Association and from 1993 to 1999, Deputy Chairman of the CDU district association Aachen. From 1983 to 1986 Bauer was also county chairman of the Business Association of the CDU / CSU in Euskirchen.
