Wolfgang Hofmann

Wolfgang Hofmann ( born March 30, 1941 in Cologne ) is a German judoka.

He was awarded on July 4, 2007, the 8th Dan. He is also a qualified sports teacher. Previously he was a lecturer at the Sports University in Cologne. He won in the period 1956-1970 four German league titles. His German championships he won in Esslingen, Hamborn, Bochum and Munich. In 1965 he was European champion at middleweight. 1968 and 1969 with the German team won the European championship the team.
