Workers' Opposition

The Workers' Opposition was an oppositional tendency within the Russian Bolshevik Party, in the years from 1919 (the first opposition to the war communism) and 1922 (fraction prohibition by Congress decision ).

The main criticism was the deformation of the workers' state towards bureaucracy. This was expressed, according to the Workers' Opposition, by undemocratic states ( which led to the complaint to the Comintern, especially within the party ) and also. Due to the New Economic Policy and outspoken party bans

The main demand of the Workers' Opposition was to put the complete economic control in the hands of the unions.
