Workforce

Under a workforce is understood in economics the totality of employees in an enterprise or operation workers. Your interests against the employers are represented in the context of co-determination by the council. To pursue their common economic and social interests, such as the conclusion of collective agreements, an employee of a trade union may follow. Within the workforce a person of trust, known as the shop steward is often called.

In some companies or businesses the management encourages the publication of a newspaper employee by the workforce or prepared for them a corporate library.
