World Peace Council prizes

The International Peace Prize (also known as World Peace Prize ) was on the first World Peace Conference (Paris, April 1949 ) and launched for the first time at the 2nd World Peace Congress (Warsaw, November 1950 ) awarded to artists for outstanding achievements to the world peace. From 1951, the prizes were awarded by the ( constituted at the Warsaw Congress in connection) World Peace Council. The last time the International Peace Prize was awarded in 1956.
