The Xar Moron He or Xilamulun River ( mongol. Sira Mören " Yellow River "; Шар Мөрөн; Shar Moron, etc.; Chinese西拉 木 伦 河, Pinyin Xila Mulun Hey, Xar Moron River English, Xilamulun River ) is a 380 km long river in the east of Inner Mongolia in northeastern China.

The Xar Moron He rises in the mountains Baicha Shan (白 岔 山) in the southwest of Hexigten banner in the southeastern Inner Mongolia. From the north it forms later together with the Laoha He (老 哈 河) the Xiliao He (西 辽河), which in turn in the Liao He ( Chinese辽河/辽河, English Liao River) flows.
