Xayar County

The circle Xayar or Shayar (沙雅县, Shāyǎ Xiàn ) of the district of Aksu is located in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China. It has an area of 31,868 km ² and has 220,000 inhabitants (2003 ). Its main town is the large village Xayar (沙雅 镇).
