Xenobiotica

Xenobiotics is a scientific journal that is published by Informa Healthcare Publishing. The first edition appeared in 1971. Currently, twelve issues per year are published. The journal publishes articles that deal with the following six main areas:

• General biochemistry of xenobiotics
• Clinical pharmacokinetics and metabolism
• Pharmacokinetics and metabolism in experimental animal
• Pharmacogenetics
• Molecular Toxicology
• Reviews and comments on the biochemistry of xenobiotics.

The Impact Factor was in 2012 at 1,984. According to the statistics of the ISI Web of Knowledge, the journal impact factor with this in the category toxicology ranked 56th of 85 journals and in the category of pharmacology and pharmacy is conducted on 154 out of 260 journals.
