Xenoestrogen

Xenoestrogens are synthetic chemical compounds with estrogen-like effect on the endocrine system of an organism and are thus among the endocrine disruptors. They are distinguished by the phytoestrogens ( estrogen-like substances with effect from plants) and the estrogens used pharmacologically.
