Xiacheng District

The municipality Xiacheng (下 城区/下 城区, Lower Town ') is a municipality of the province Hangzhou City, capital of Zhejiang province in the People's Republic of China. It has an area of 31.46 km ² and has 405,000 inhabitants ( 2005).
