Yaki-Da were a Swedish pop duo, which had 1994 I Saw You Dancing in Europe and in the United States a hit.
Biography
During the wave of success of the Swedish group Ace of Base, the project is a member and producer Jonas Berggren initiated Yaki - Da. He wrote lyrics and music and produced, together with John Ballard, the songs in a similar style. As a singer he undertook Marie Knutsen and Linda Schönberg. The single I Saw You Dancing from the 1995 debut album Pride placed in the German ( 65th place ) and the U.S. ( No. 54 ) chart. Further success came from. The second album A Small Step for Love 1999 remained unheeded.
