Yakovlev Yak-55

The Yakovlev Yak -55 (Russian Яковлев Як -55) is a Soviet light aircraft from the Yakovlev design office. It was created as a successor to the Yak- 50 in 1982 and was a completely new development with vollsymmetrischem profile.

The mid-wing is made of all-metal construction. Over the subsequent years, it was provided that the Yak- 55 was to replace the Yak- 50 in the flying club of the USSR. The structure is extremely resistant and withstands loads of up to 20g stand. For technical reasons, the G- fatigue limits were reduced to 6g / 9 g.
