The Yaoundé Nsimalen International Airport is an international airport in Yaounde, Cameroon. It is located just outside the capital.

The Airport corresponds to many European airport standard, there is a terminal, ten check- in counters, four gates, as well as restaurants and cafes.

The airport is large enough to accommodate a Boeing 747. In 2004 there were 190 487 passengers.

Airlines and destinations

Besides Camair -Co fly to Yaounde three European airlines, namely Air France, Brussels Airlines and since the end of 2012, Turkish Airlines. In addition, there are various intra-African connections, eg to Kenya and Morocco.
