Yatego

Manuals is an online shopping mall, you can sell products in the dealer via a central platform. Each dealer has its own service area, which is integrated in the Manuals platform. This makes it possible customers to make purchases using a central registration with Manuals, at all retailers online.

Development

The Manuals, Ltd. was founded in March 2003 by Michael Ollmann and Stephan Peltzer, the site went online in June 2003. Mr. Ollmann resigned in November 2012 from the company.

Majority shareholder of Manuals, is the Acton Capital investment company since 1 January 2011.

At the start of sales platform Manuals had approximately 100 dealers.

According to Nielsen NetRatings, the range of Manuals, grew in 2006 by 137 %.

Manuals, was one of the winners of the job engine in 2008 as the company despite the economic crisis had a strong increase in employees. Companies that are nominated for the job engine are classified into three categories: A distinction was made between small (up to 20 employees), medium ( 20-200 employees) and large (more than 200 employees) companies. Manuals, has agreements with the escrow service iClear and the EHI Retail Institute. Furthermore, the possibility is offered to export product data on various price comparison portals, such as Google Product Search, Kelkoo and Milando.

In addition to menu-driven system of new products as well as a manual import into the shop administration, the transfer to Manuals of different shop systems, in part, supported by other vendors. These include common systems such as Xt: Commerce, OsCommerce, OXID eSales, plentyMarkets afterbuy (via PX Webdesign ) and JTL- goods economy.
