Yelizaveta Grechishnikova

Elizabeth Andrianowna Gretschischnikowa (Russian Елизавета Андриановна Гречишникова; . Engl transcription Yelizaveta Grechishnikova; born 12 December 1983) is a Russian long-distance runner.

In the Summer Universiade 2007, she won the bronze medal. In 2009 she retired from about 5000 m in the flow at the World Athletics Championships in Berlin. The European Athletics Championships 2010, she was eighth.
