The Goldkehlbülbül ( Pycnonotus xantholaemus ) is a living in South India Songbird.

The bird lives in rocky, scrub -covered hills in the Eastern Ghats, Central India and also in some places in the Western Ghats. He is usually shy, hiding in the bushes, and is usually discovered by his reputation.

It mainly feeds on berries and sometimes by small insects.
