Yevhen Olegowytsch Konopljanka (Ukrainian Євген Олегович Коноплянка; born September 29, 1989 in Kirovohrad, Soviet Union) is a Ukrainian football player.

Sports career

Konopljanka began playing football at FC Olimpik Kirovohrad. Since 2007 he plays for Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk and he's since the 2009/2010 season starting players of the first team of Dnipro. Since 2008 he has been appointed on a regular basis in the U -21 national team. In May 2010, the midfielder then came the first time in the Ukrainian national team in a friendly match against Lithuania for use. In 2010 he was elected to the Ukrainian Footballer of the Year. Oleh Blokhin coach called him in the squad for the European Football Championship in 2012. Konopljanka came at the European Championships in all three group matches of the Ukrainian team to use.
