Ying County

The circle Ying (Chinese应 县, Pinyin Ying Xiàn ) is a district of the prefecture-level city Shuozhou in Shanxi Province, China. It has an area of 1708 km ² and has 270,000 inhabitants. Its main town is the large village Jincheng.

The Sakyamuni Pagoda in Fogong Temple (佛 宫 寺 释 迦塔, Fogong Shijia si ta (应 县 木塔, Yingxian muta) ) and the Jingtu Temple (净土 寺, Jingtu si) are from 1961 and 2006 on the list of monuments of the people's Republic of China.
