Yingli

Yingli ( NYSE: YGE; Chinese:英 利), also known as Yingli Green Energy Holding Company Limited (Chinese { { { c }} }, Pinyin Yingli Lǜsè Nengyuan Kònggǔ Yǒuxiàn Gongsi ) is a photovoltaic manufacturer based in Hebei Province in China. The Group, founded in 1998, with over 16,000 employees, one of the largest solar energy companies in the world. Company founder is the Chinese entrepreneurs Miao Liansheng. The European headquarters of Yingli Solar is since the end of 2012 in Zurich.

Yingli was the first Chinese company that sponsored a soccer world championship with the 2010 FIFA World Cup.

In the first football league, the Group is also one of the first sponsors of the People's Republic of China. In January 2011, Yingli signed a contract with Bayern Munich, who initially provides for a partnership until the 2013/2014 season. The company's goal is to increase the level of awareness in Germany, because the company has been here practically ignored despite their size.

Conservation

Yingli has a large depth of production and also operates a factory for the manufacture of silicon. The company publishes detailed information on the environmental and reported in the Annual Report on insurance covering accidents at work and maternity leave. The production units are certified according to ISO 14001, but no concrete environmental objectives and data or an Environmental Protection Officer be appointed. New sewage treatment and water treatment plants have been installed since 2008, as well as an improved emission control is introduced. It is striking that the Chinese annual report contains a special chapter on environmental, health and safety concerns. This is missing in the English report. Overinvestment in noise control and real-time monitoring and waste management inspections with a focus on safety aspects is reported. The sludge which is generated by the sawing of solar wafers (so-called slurry) is recycled. Yingli is a member of PV Cycle.
