Yoan Gouffran

Yoan Gouffran ( born May 25, 1986 in Villeneuve -Saint -Georges, France ) is a French football player.

Career

Association

In the years 2004-2008 Gouffran played for the first team of SM Caen, after he had been there first inserted into the U-19 team. Before the season 2008/ 09 he moved for a transfer fee of 6.5 million euros from Caen to Bordeaux. On 30 May 2009 he scored the decisive goal against his former club SM Caen and secured his new employer thus the championship. Caen dismounted because of this defeat.

End in January 2013 moved to the English first division Gouffran Newcastle United, with whom he signed a contract until the end of June 2017.

National

Yoan Gouffran played more 24 caps for the U-21 French national team, where he scored four goals.
