Yoshida Brothers
The Yoshida Brothers (Japanese吉田 兄弟Yoshida Kyodai ) are Japanese shamisen musician and published internationally already several albums with Domo Records. In 1999, she debuted in Japan as a duo and have since also the world a certain notoriety gained. Their music combines Shamisenmusik in Tsugarustil with Western instruments such as guitars and drums.

The brothers Ryoichiro Yoshida (吉田 良 一郎, Yoshida Ryoichiro; born July 26, 1977) and Ken'ichi Yoshida (吉田 健 一, Yoshida Ken'ichi, born December 16 1979) come from the city Noboribetsu in the Japanese prefecture Hokkaido. The two play from childhood to the shamisen. Initially, they used the Minyo - Shamisenstils, from 1989 she studied the Tsugaru Shamisenstil under the direction of Takashi Sasaki.
