You're Under Arrest! (manga)

You're Under Arrest! (Japanese逮捕しちゃうぞTaiho Shichau zo ) is a manga series of the Japanese Kosuke Fujishima signer, who until 1992 was released in 1987 in Japan. The work was implemented as anime and television series.

Content

The two traffic policewomen Miyuki Kobayakawa (Japanese小早川 美幸) and Natsumi Tsujimoto (辻 本 夏 実) live and work together as partners in the fictional bokuto - station in Sumida district of Tokyo. My company car is a tuned Honda Today, the Miyuki like a race car is being driven.

In the manga, it does not describe how Miyuki and Natsumi get to know. In the anime version Natsumi is set to bokuto - station. It is on the first working late and takes her Honda Motocompo a prohibited abbreviation. She is seen and pursued by the police. Finally, she runs over almost a cat and is taken to task - by Miyuki, her new partner. From her Natsumi is initially less than enthusiastic, but after their first joint deployment to the concerns have been allayed. Manga

The manga told in short stories of eight pages episodes from the lives of the two leading ladies. He appeared from 1987 to 1992 in Japan in the magazine Afternoon of the publisher Kodansha. Later, the chapters were published in seven anthologies.

The German version of the manga was indirectly translated from the French and published in 2000 and 2001 by Egmont Manga and Anime. In addition to French and English, Spanish and Italian translations appeared.

Animes

In addition to two original video animations and three television series developed on basis of the manga in 1999 the movie Taiho Shichau zo: The Movie.

OVA

In 1994 a four-part OVA by Bandai Visual and Studio Deen. Directed by Kazuhiro Furuhashi, the character design designed Atsuko Nakajima and artistic director was Hiroshi Kato. It also appeared in English, French and Spanish translations. Header title is the song 100mph no Yūki by Akiko Hiramatsu & Sakiko Tamagawa, the guy was underlaid with Arittake no Jōnetsu de.

TV series and specials -

In 1996, building on the first OVA, produced a television series with 47 episodes. In the production, by the same director as the OVA, Atsuko Nakajima and Tokuyuki matsutake were responsible for the character design and Hiroshi Kato and Mitsuki Nakamura for the artistic direction. The composed music Kō Otani and Yasunori Iwasaki. TBS beamed the series of 5 October 1996 to 27 September 1997, Japanese television.

1999 followed by the same production team seven 21 minute television specials in the TBS broadcast Wonderful, each consisting of several short stories. It was aired from March to April 1999 by TBS.

2001 launched a second television series with 26 episodes. Directed by, again at Studio Deen, Shogo Komoto. TBS broadcast the second series 7 April to 29 September 2001.

2002 was a second special, entitled You're Under Arrest - Taiho Shichau zo ( YOU'RE UNDER ARREST ~ ~逮捕しちゃうぞ) which aired on the show TBS Anime Festa Haruyasumi. The production was led by director Shogo Komoto, character designer Atsuko Nakajima and music was composed Kō Otani.

5 October 2007 to 28 March 2008, after midnight (and thus on the previous TV day ) was aired in Japan with the subtitle Full Throttle, the third series. The resulting directed by Koichi Ohata series by Studio Deen 23 episodes. Artistic Director Shigemi Ikeda was composed and the music Hideyuki Fukasawa and Masara Nishida.

Dorama

A drama adaptation of nine episodes were produced in 2002 by the Japanese broadcaster TV Asahi. Misaki Itō and Sachie Hara took over the lead roles.
