Young British Artists

Young British Artists ( YBA ) is the name for a created about 1988, then loose group of young British artists, but never formed a group with that name. The term was coined by the media and was particularly influenced by the eponymous exhibition series " Young British Artists in the Saatchi Gallery " I-IV. The first generation of beverages classified under this term artists studied at Goldsmiths College, London, the second came primarily from the Royal College of Art in London.
