Youssouf Ouédraogo

Youssouf Ouedraogo ( born December 25, 1952) is a politician from Burkina Faso.

Ouedraogo is a member of the ruling Congress Party ( CDP). He was elected as the first Prime Minister of Burkina Faso since 1983 1992. Ouedraogo officiated 16 June 1992 to 22 March 1994. 1999 he was appointed Foreign Minister of the country, until he was replaced by Mr Bassolé in this office in June 2007. In the same year he was elected as a deputy in the National Assembly.
