Youth of the Croatian Democratic Union

The youth of the Croatian Democratic Union ( kroat. mladez Hrvatske demokratske zajednice, short MHDZ ) is the youth organization of the Croatian Party conservative Croatian Democratic Union.

The MHDZ is founded on 13 September 1990 and has the status of a sub-organization in the mother party without legal personality. Member of MHDZ can be any HDZ member 18-30 years, and young people in the 17th and 18th year.

It is organized nationally in Croatia and abroad has organizations in the Croatian diaspora, including also in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. At the European level, it is a full member of the Youth of the European People's Party ( YEPP ) and the Democrat Youth Community of Europe ( DEMYC ). She is also a member of the global umbrella organization International Young Democrat Union ( IYDU ).
